Continuous Manufacturing System

In 1968, San Shing developed the first nut cold forging machine in Taiwan and applied it for nut production. After 40 years of technological innovations and improvements, we have established a thorough " Continuous manufacturing system ", which includes wire pickling, wire drawing, forming, tapping, locking (nylon ring assembling), heat treatment, surface treatment, optical sortingand oil separation for packaging. With additional abilities in R&D and manufacturing of machineries and tooling, the perfect integration in both vertical and horizontal aspects have armed San Shing with the capability of developing high technology, quality and high value-added product.
