Cold Forging and Chip-less Forming Washer

Hexico Enterprise Co., Ltd was established in 1995 and was the first professional manufacturer in Taiwan to produce the high tension washers with "scrapless forming technology", is the member of San-Shing Fastech Group. The "scrapless forming technology" is a patent of Hexico, by cold-forging machines , we can produce various kinds of washers. There won't be burrs and scraps during production, the surface of washers is very smooth and even, the thickness is also identical. In addition, the quality of Hexico's washers is much more excellent than others by traditional pressing methods . Our washers have been wildly used in many applications for years, such as steel construction in bridges, factories, buildings and so on. In order to fulfill the customers' demand, we provide the washers by pressing machines as wellwhich are not able to be made by cold forging. Our team is not only excellent RD people but alsostrict QC system. Furthermore, all the materials we used are the first grade steel from China Steel Corp..
